Prime Minister Modi dynamized Indian Olympic Team – ‘Dil jeet ke aao’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a solid statement to propel Indian sports even addressed why “babus” have been paid a higher every day stipend than the Indian team which conveys magnificence to the nation amid the Olympic Games.

Usually the administration authorities sent along with the team of athletes usually paid more than the athletes. We have expelled the discrepancy. Prime Minister Modi told on Sunday that everyone would get the same amount. A promotional event organized in New Delhi to send off the Indian Olympic team before flagging off the ‘Run for Rio’ by the Prime Minister. This time a number of 199 sportspersons were sent.

The Prime Minister told that not only a higher remittance this time around, the Indian competitors will also get the chance to eat “desi food” if they need. The squad is being sent in advance of the Rio Olympics so that the players get acclimatized with the climate there. The Prime Minister told that in earlier years, Indian team got only a couple of days to adjust with the situation.

Talking about the Central Government’s efforts, he also told that this time it was not only the largest Indian Team, but the most successful also. Prime Minister said that every player has been trained very hard to arrive there. The Indian Government would ensure that Indian competitors get Indian food according to their option and requirement.

The Prime Minister gave a solid support to the Indian Olympic Team. He said that for these Games, the Government has spent nearly Rs.125 crores.

Prime Minister Modi told that after researching for 2 years, we have tried to solve the reason why our sportspersons were criticised, and we had enough time to work on the issue. As a result of this, athletes were given the freedom to select their own trainers. The Government spent Rs.30 lakh to Rs.1.5 crores for each member of the Indian athlete team. The PM expected that the Indian athletes would perform their best of the best and win the hearts of the world.

The Prime Minister of India hoped that in Tokyo Olympics, which would be held on 2020, every district in India could send one athlete to the Indian athlete squad. He also told that sports were an essential of life, let everyone play and shine in life.
