The unlock three is starting from August 5 2020. There is good news for the gym owners and owners of the yoga centres. Gym and yoga centres will be opened in this third stage of Unlock. Although the gym and yoga centre are allowed to open, the home ministry said that all restrictions had to be complied with as directed by the Union health ministry.

This time the good news did not come to the cinema hall owners. Unlock three guidelines released by the Union Home Ministry on Wednesday saying that cinema halls would still be closed. Along with this, all educational institutions including schools and colleges will be closed. Metro rail will not run in any city in the country.

Night curfew was imposed in the country during unlock one and two by the central government. Unlock three no longer have night curfew. Night transport can be operated this time. Night shift work can also be done in the factories in this stage of unlock.

Various organizations of the cinema hall owners placed their demand to allow cinema halls with 25% of the audience. Even the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting also made a demand in the same way. But, the guide of unlock three proved that the Home Ministry did not respond to that request.

The West Bengal government and the Delhi government had long ago demanded the operation of metro rail. But, the centre did not give permission. Metro rail services have been closed in all cities since the start of the lockdown.

According to the guidelines of the Union Home Ministry, no large gathering can be held for any religious, political or social festival. Ban on any large gathering is maintained all over the country.

The guideline that was issued stated that strict restrictions would remain in place in all the containment zones across the country till August 31, 2020. But the states have been given freedom for a new tough lockdown.

It is further notable that many states, including West Bengal, have imposed bi-weekly lockdowns due to the increase in corona infection. Independence Day can be celebrated in all parts of the country but not in large gatherings. Distance restrictions must be observed everywhere.

Owners of the gym and yoga centres will have a sigh of relief as their businesses have been closed since the lockdown started in March. They have already incurred a huge loss due to coronavirus pandemic. With the decision of the government, people who use to do workout regularly will be enthusiastic and they will have the opportunity to boost-up their immunity.
